How it works

  1. Upload a CSV or XLSX product spreadsheet.
  2. Map product name and price; select any optional fields.
  3. Choose copies or a Quantity column, and review each sheet.
  4. Print at actual size or save as PDF from your browser.

A real example

Fictional row: Product = Tomato Sauce · Price = 8.99 · SKU = TS-104 · Quantity = 3.

Map those columns, include SKU and set the currency prefix to $. Three identical labels show Tomato Sauce, a prominent $8.99 and SKU: TS-104. Without a Quantity mapping, the default is one copy per product.

Keep prices predictable

The source price is display text, not a number to recalculate. A value of 8.990 remains 8.990; a zero price remains visible. If your spreadsheet already contains a symbol or formatted price, review it before adding a prefix. Missing product names or prices block printing for rows that need labels.

SKU, variant, barcode text and custom text are optional. Long content can exceed the physical label area; shorten it or reduce the text size when the tool flags overflow.

Get a clean print

  • Use stock matching the official Avery 5160 layout, on 8½ × 11-inch US Letter paper.
  • Print at 100% / Actual Size, with headers and footers off. Fit to Page changes the spacing.
  • Test on plain paper and compare all columns plus the top and bottom rows against the label sheet.
  • A growing offset usually calls for checking scaling; a consistent offset can reflect printer positioning or paper feeding.
  • Use Start at label for a partly used first sheet, and check pagination before printing.

Frequently asked questions

Which spreadsheet formats can I use?

Upload CSV or XLSX with a header row, up to 10 MB, 3,000 product rows and 100 columns. Workbooks with multiple worksheets let you choose the sheet to use. Custom column names are supported through mapping.

Does the tool round prices or convert currencies?

No. Prices are displayed as supplied in the imported data. You can add an optional currency prefix such as $. It is not added again if the price already starts with that prefix. The tool does not calculate exchange rates or force two decimal places.

How do I print several copies of a product?

Set default copies per product, or map a Quantity column. A mapped quantity overrides the default. Counts must be whole numbers from 0 to 1,000; zero skips that row. Total output is limited to 3,000 labels. Invalid quantities block printing.

What label layout is supported?

V1 uses Avery 5160: 30 labels arranged in 3 columns and 10 rows on US Letter paper. Each label is 1 inch high by 2⅝ inches wide. Other sizes and custom layouts are not supported.

Can I print a barcode?

You can include a barcode value as readable text. Barcode images and QR codes are not generated in this version.

Why is printing disabled or misaligned?

Map product name and price, fix any missing values or invalid quantities, and reduce text size or shorten content if it does not fit. For alignment, use US Letter and 100% / Actual Size, disable headers and footers, and avoid Fit to Page. Test on plain paper before using stock.

Are my products or spreadsheets uploaded?

No. Files are read locally and labels are generated in your browser. Reloading or closing the tab clears the current session. Feedback does not automatically include your spreadsheet or labels.
