PDF Page Organizer

Upload a PDF, visually organize its pages, and download the finished PDF. Reorder, delete, rotate, duplicate, or reverse pages without uploading the document.

PDF · up to 50 MB · up to 300 pages · one document at a time

Your PDF, thumbnails and organized copy stay in this browser. No upload or document history. Your original file is not changed.

Page preview

How it works

  1. Choose one PDF. Its original file stays unchanged.
  2. Drag cards on desktop, or select pages and use the Move buttons to rearrange them.
  3. Rotate, duplicate or delete selected pages. Use Undo or Redo to correct an edit.
  4. Download the organized PDF after local export checks finish.

A real example

A fictional six-page meeting packet has its agenda on page 4 and an outdated appendix on page 6. Select page 4 and choose Move to beginning, then select the current last page and delete it. Rotate a sideways page if needed. Download a new five-page packet; the original stays intact.

Organize the current page order

Card numbers always describe the new order, not the original PDF. The smaller Source label identifies the original page. Select individual cards, Select all, use Shift-click for a range, or enter current page numbers such as 1-3, 7.

Move selected pages together while keeping their relative order. Duplicates are inserted immediately after each selected source card. Reverse page order reverses the whole document. Rotations use 90° steps. At least one page must remain.

Undo and Redo keep the last 50 edits without copying document bytes into every history entry. Reset restores original page order, count and rotations. No document state is saved when you leave or refresh the page.

Page copies, not thumbnail exports

The export copies PDF page content instead of rebuilding it from images. Text and vector graphics are not intentionally rasterized, compressed or downsampled. Thumbnails are only previews.

Before download, the output is parsed again, its page count and rotations are checked, and copied content streams and page boxes are compared against the intended source order. PDF.js also checks that the new document opens. These are practical checks, not proof of document-level equivalence.

Bookmarks, forms, signatures, links, annotations, accessibility tags and other document-wide features may not survive page copying correctly. Existing digital signatures will not remain valid after edits. Inspect the downloaded PDF before important use and keep the original. This is a page organizer, not a PDF repair, sanitization or security-scanning tool.

Local processing and large documents

PDF bytes, filenames, previews and outputs stay in your browser’s memory. They are not uploaded, placed in URLs, stored in localStorage or automatically included in feedback. PDF libraries and rendering assets load from RST; no document-processing API or CDN is used.

Choose one PDF up to 50 MB and 300 pages. The output also has a 50 MB and 300-page limit. Nearby thumbnails render at reduced resolution with at most two rendering jobs at a time. Large documents may take longer; unusually complex pages can fail to preview while remaining in the organizer.

Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked elsewhere before use. Some malformed or uncommon structures cannot be processed. The tool does not execute PDF scripts, open embedded attachments or follow document links. A generated PDF can still contain copied interactive features; it is not certified safe.

Frequently asked questions

Does my PDF get uploaded?

No. The document is read, rendered, edited and generated locally. Only site assets and established site measurement load over the network. Feedback does not automatically include the file, name or page data.

Can I reorder PDF pages on my phone?

Yes. Select one or more pages and use Move to beginning, Move to end or Move before page. These controls work with touch and keyboard. Desktop users can also drag cards.

Can I rotate or delete several pages at once?

Yes. Select individual pages, a page range or all pages, then use the selected-page toolbar. Deleting every page is blocked because the output must contain at least one page.

Does organizing the PDF reduce its quality?

Pages are copied rather than intentionally converted into images. Text and vector content are preserved where supported; no deliberate compression or downsampling is applied. Complex forms, signatures, annotations and document-wide features may change. Review the output.

Can I organize a password-protected PDF?

Not in this version. Remove the password using an authorized PDF application first, then choose the unlocked copy. RST does not crack or remove passwords.

Does this change my original PDF?

No. Download creates a separate file with an -organized.pdf name. Keep the original as a backup. Replacing or removing the PDF clears the current edits and releases document resources.

Can I use this with large PDFs?

The limits are 50 MB and 300 pages, including generated output. Lazy thumbnails avoid rendering all pages immediately, but very complex files can still exceed browser resources or processing limits. Try a smaller standard PDF copy if processing fails.

Can I preview a page or undo a mistake?

Tap Preview for a larger local view, with Previous and Next controls. Undo and Redo cover reorder, rotate, delete, duplicate, reverse and reset actions. Changes disappear if you refresh or leave the page.
