HEIC decoding uses unmodified libheif-js 1.23.5, libheif 1.23.5 and libde265.
The separately loaded WebAssembly codec is licensed under LGPL-3.0; copyright belongs to the respective upstream contributors. RST's application code is separate. Replacing /heic-decoder/libheif.mjs with a compatible build replaces the codec.
